My project is first and foremost a lot of gossip (talk) that "swells" (spreads) in Cuba. The work is made up of a jacket that inflates itself, thereby activating a sound device in the collar that allows the jacket's wearer to hear "gossip." At that point I take a Polaroid of them and afterwards I ask them to blow up an ear for me, which becomes the frame for the photo. I have not only collaborated on my project with people who came to see art but also with every kind of audience - in restaurants, bars, bordellos, hotels, etc..
