Winged Pilgrims: A Chronicle from Asia. 2006
Mixed media installation

Light boxes hang on the wall, in which moving image "lanterns" rotate endlessly. The transparent images move relentlessly past the inflexible background. The depiction of myths, e.g. birds from fairy tales and legends, refers to the ancient tradition of Indian - Chinese spiritual and cultural exchange.
