During the opening celebrations at the Padang (refer to information about this location) the artist and his assistants raised a huge wall of illuminated colour-changing balloons. It consisted of 140 hexagonal "clouds", made out of a structure with about a thousand attached helium balloons with bright LEDs embedded within.
