Near the Asian Civilizations Museum, on a lane at the Singapore River, pedestrians are being surprised by sudden rain miraculously coming out of a treetop. They are unable to see the complicated installation, which was inserted onto the tree by IEPE (Iepe B. T. Rubingh) and his team.
