Painting, photography, video-art and installations by 57 artists from 10 Southeast Asian countries (see list), presented in Chiang Mai and Bangkok (Thailand), as well as at the Museum of Ethnology Berlin-Dahlem (Germany).

The exhibition is organized by the Thailand and Southeast Asia Regional Office of the Heinrich Böll Foundation in Chiang Mai, curated by Jörg Löschmann. The project is under the patronage of Kerstin Müller, Minister of State at the Federal Foreign Office, part of the Heinrich Böll Foundation commitment to "Shaping Globalization".

The artworks shown in the exhibition correspond to the following thematical categories:
Cultural Frictions, Values Local-Global, Perception, Memories & Historical Perspectives, Political Implications, Social Dimensions, Global Competition, Utopian Visions.
